Rule ``trailing_comma_in_multiline_array``

PHP multi-line arrays should have a trailing comma.

Configuration
-------------

``after_heredoc``
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Whether a trailing comma should also be placed after heredoc end.

Allowed types: ``bool``

Default value: ``false``
